Our home is available year-round. Families and small groups are welcome. No pets allowed, and this is a non-smoking property. We look forward to your stay!
Terms
We rent by the week (Friday to Friday), and although we will try to accommodate your schedule, we normally require check in no earlier than
4:00pm and check out at 12:00
am. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. 30 days prior to your stay the remaining 50% deposit, as well as a damage deposit is due. Once you have set your reservation,
there are no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the house during the time you originally reserved. We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders and cash.
